xQc’s staff has determined to droop him for the remainder of Stage 1.
Felix “xQc” Lengyel made the comment on his private stream following his staff’s Four-Zero loss in a match towards the Outlaws final Thursday. Along with the Overwatch League’s punishment, the Dallas Gas has determined to droop xQc for the rest of Stage 1, which lasts till February 10.
“Throughout his suspension, we will likely be providing further assets, focus teaching, bodily coaching and help to Felix to assist him enhance as knowledgeable participant who’s reflective of the rules of the Dallas Gas group, his teammates, and of the Overwatch League,” the Dallas Gas stated in an announcement launched on Twitter.
xQc apologized to the participant about whom he made the homophobic comment, claiming he didn’t say the remark “with malicious intent.”

This isn’t xQc’s first suspension. Overwatch beforehand banned xQc for various phrases of service violations, together with match throwing and misusing the sport’s reporting system. These suspensions weren’t administered by the Overwatch League.
